The Calm Reset Journal

This Journal is designed to help you work through your anxiety in a healthy and productive way. Each week, you will focus on a different area of your life that may be contributing to your anxiety. You will also set goals for yourself and track your progress.

Week 1- Will focus on identifying your triggers and learning how to cope with them.

Week 2 - Will focus on your thoughts and beliefs about anxiety. you will explore how your thinking effects your anxiety levels and learn to challenge negative thoughts.

Week 3 - Will focus on your emotions and how to manage them in a healthy way. You will learn about different coping strategies and how to use them effectively.

Week 4 - Will focus on your physical health and how it affects your anxiety. You will learn about the importance of exercise and healthy eating, and how it can help reduce your anxiety levels

At the end of each week, you will reflect on your progress and set new goals for the next week. By following this journaling progress, you will slowly but surely start to feel better and reduce your anxiety.
