Supported Independent Living (SIL Provider)

NDIS Supported Independent Living offers participants accommodation houses that enable them to live independently while enhancing their skills and achieving their goals. The support provided in each home varies according to the individual's needs. Homes may be staffed up to 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and the team will offer necessary supports for each participant.

Short Term Accommodation (STA) & Medium-Term Accommodation (MTA)

Collab Coordination offers short and medium-term accommodation on the Central Coast NSW, catering to various needs such as behavioural issues, personal care, clinical support, and 24/7 care. Our NDIS accommodation services on the central coast include:

·       Nutritious meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner, morning and afternoon tea)

·       24/7 personal care and support

·       Medical and nursing support

·       Assisted transport

·       24/7 care from support workers
